My room is still in a state of chaos from my last move (across the apartment no less), I have more half-read books than finished ones, I have a couple hundred story ideas floating around in my head that I just can’t seem to pluck out and put into Word, and a pile of sketches for ‘pieces’ I’m working on. These sketches are sort of like dating girls. Right now, me and these drawings are in the ‘flirting’ phase. They giggle at me, I doodle something skimpy onto them, and I talk to my therapist less about my objectification of women and more about my personification of dickbutt drawings.

Anyway, as time goes by and I don’t ‘finish’ these sketches, I grow tired of them. That, or the stupidity of the idea dawns on me. You decide. At any rate, the sketches are now in the ‘friend zone‘ and are shuffled away with the rest of their ilk. A sad fate indeed. Every now and then, in moments of desperate loneliness, I’ll dig out one of these drawings and begin flirting with the idea of a finished work with them. Then I dash their hearts to pieces and move onto the next flavor of the month. Oh, I’m such a man slut.

One of the reasons for this site was to keep drawings out of the pile next to the radiator and onto my desk where I can see and work from them. My hope is that by throwing them onto here I might get some feedback from the 4 of you who care or at least be able to muse at them electronically. So without further ado, here are some recent sketches:

I love when my scanner scans pink. Last week it was green, don’t know if you noticed. But alas its time to fiddle around with the settings again. While I’m knee deep in gamma and CMYK nonsense, enjoy the sneak peeks! TTFN
