Why so serious?

So in the ‘Old News’ department, a substitute teacher in Florida was fired after performing a magic trick in class. The official response was that he was fired for performing wizardry in a school. This really ticked off fellow skeptics and the common-sensed alike who were in shock that even in this day and age people believed in wizardry.

What the article forgot to mention was that the teacher in question performed the disappearing pencil trick.
